A.W.A.K.E. Group
A.W.A.K.E (Alert, Well and Keeping Energetic) is a mutual-help support group for persons affected by sleep disorders. Several times throughout the year, A.W.A.K.E. educational sessions are held in the evening for people to learn how to improve their health and quality of life through better, restful sleep. Different topics are covered at each session, some may include diabetes, cardiovascular care and weight loss management. Representatives are available to do machine pressure checks (bring your equipment) and talk with you about additional medical devices and services offered.
