  • Gliomas: a type of tumor that starts in the brain and arises from glial cells
  • Meningiomas: a set of tumors that arises from the meninges, the membranous layers surrounding the central nervous system
  • Pituitary tumors: tumors that occur in the pituitary glands

Epilepsy and Movement disorders
  • Dystonia: a movement disorder with abnormal, involuntary muscle contractions

  • Aneurysms
  • Arteriovenous malformations or AVM: an abnormal connection between veins and arteries
  • Intracranial hemorrhage: bleeding within the skull

  • Trigeminal neuralgia: a nerve disorder characterized by episodes of intense pain in parts of the face
