The Center for Bleeding and Clotting Disorders at University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview, offers a wide range of services for patients with inherited bleeding and clotting disorders. Our multidisciplinary team provides diagnostic evaluations, education, prevention and treatment using the most advanced research and treatment options. We specialize in treating women with bleeding and clotting issues during pregnancy.
Federally funded, we are one of more than 140 centers forming a nationwide expert network for patients with bleeding and clotting disorders. In addition to the care provided, we collaborate with other centers and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to conduct research and data collection. We are involved in more than 10 active research programs.
