- Integrated sinks and showers
- Patient lounge with comfortable seating
- Spaces for working and making phone calls
- Complimentary beverages available
- Continental breakfast in the morning
When you check in on the night of your sleep study, it will take about an hour to get you ready. After that, you can relax until you go to bed: read a book, talk on the phone or watch TV. We recommend a few hours to wind down, especially if you are feeling apprehensive.
While you sleep, our technicians monitor you to evaluate the quality of your sleep. We use state-of-the-art technology to monitor your sleep patterns in order to make diagnoses and form treatment plans. To ensure personalized care, we assign one experienced sleep technician for every two overnight guests. If you need assistance at any time during your stay, a staff member is always available.
