We provide specialty care for (but not limited to):

• Women who are:
- Of advanced maternal age
- Pregnant with a child who has indications of an abnormality, such as spina bifida or Down syndrome
- Pregnant with multiples

• Women who have:
- A history of preterm delivery
- A history of preterm labor
- An incompetent cervix
- Gestational diabetes
- History of preeclampsia
- Pre-existing medical conditions, such as cardiac disease or cystic fibrosis
- Prior fetal or neonatal death
- Recurrent pregnancy losses
