A number of taxicab services in St. Paul and Minneapolis serve our hospital. Direct telephone lines to some taxi services are located in the East and West lobbies.

Interpreter Services
Interpreter services can be arranged through the Interpreter Services department for patients who are deaf, hard of hearing or not proficient in English.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing
To ensure effective communication with patients and their companions who are deaf or hard of hearing, we provide auxiliary aids and services free of charge, such as: sign language and oral interpreters, TTYs, note takers, written materials, telephone handset amplifiers, assistive listening devices and systems, telephones compatible with hearing aids, closed-caption decoders and open and closed captioning of most hospital educational programs. Please ask your nurse or other hospital personnel for assistance, or contact one of the deaf and hard of hearing response team members at 612-273-0187 (voice) or 612-273-4322 (TTY).
