What is palliative care? It’s a medical specialty that focuses on the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of people with serious illness. Our mission is to reduce discomfort, preserve dignity and improve quality of life for patients like you. By helping you manage your symptoms, we can help you and your family to better cope with the stress brought on by a serious illness and treatment. Because of our experience and compassion, we have been designated as a Palliative Care Leadership Center by two important organizations:
This designation is another reason to trust that your needs come first at the Palliative Care Program.
