The Cancer Survivor Program at University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview, provides health care to survivors of childhood and adult cancers. Cancer survivors often face life-long health and wellness needs that differ from the general public. Providers with University of Minnesota Physicians, in collaboration with each patient's primary care physician, provide a specialized plan of ongoing health care for this unique population.
