The Long-Term Follow-Up Clinic at University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview, provides health care to survivors of childhood and adult cancers. These survivors often face life-long health and wellness needs that differ from the general public. Oncologists at University of Minnesota Physicians, in collaboration with each patient's primary care physician, provide a specialized form of ongoing health care for this unique population.
